June 11, 2026 | Pittsburgh Earth Day & The Green Voice
Despite a powerful storm sweeping through Pittsburgh just hours before the event, the second annual La Fleur: Music x Art x Culture x Botanicals Soirée, presented by The Green Voice in partnership with Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens and presented by Dollar Bank, welcomed an incredible crowd for an unforgettable evening celebrating creativity, community, and nature.
Held on June 11 at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, La Fleur transformed the historic glasshouse into a living work of art, where music, fashion, culture, botany, culinary excellence, and craft cocktails came together in spectacular fashion.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to our guests, sponsors, partners, supporters, artists, designers, performers, and volunteers whose passion and enthusiasm made the evening possible.
Special thanks to the talented musicians of Cello Fury String Quartet Trio, Gypsy Stringz, accordionist Joe Lege, and DJ SMI for providing the soundtrack to an enchanting evening. We are grateful to designer Brian David for his captivating live floral fashion draping demonstration and to featured designers Michael Kouri, Lana Neumeyer, Patricia Gallagher, Patti Fowler, Suz Pisano, and Virginia Nicoll for showcasing extraordinary fashion displays inspired by nature’s beauty.
Thank you to the strolling floral fashion models, Confluence Ballet for its stunning performance vignette, and featured artists Claire Hardy, Elizabeth Sickles, and Peggie Habets for sharing their creativity and engaging with guests throughout the evening.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to Chef Kate Romane and the team at Black Radish Kitchen for crafting a thoughtful plant-forward menu, and to Lucky Sign Spirits for creating signature cocktails that perfectly complemented the soirée experience.
A special thank you goes to the exceptional team at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens for their partnership, hospitality, and dedication to creating a truly magical setting. We are also deeply grateful to our presenting sponsor, Dollar Bank, along with all sponsors, partners, and supporters whose generosity helped bring this vision to life.
Together, you helped create an evening that celebrated the intersection of art, culture, sustainability, and botanical beauty—proving that even after the storm, Pittsburgh knows how to bloom.
